We are located in Blackburn, in the heart of Lancashire.

Established in 1968, Heatmiser has become one of the UK’s leading heating control manufacturers.

We have long term partnerships with heating installers and heating equipment manufacturers across the UK and we would like to feel our attention to detail, superior control products and support are the reasons our partners choose us.

All of our designs are uniquely Heatmiser. We take great pride in the products we craft and we believe listening to our customers over the past 50 years has enabled us to create some of the smartest heating controls on the market today.

At the end of 2022, Heatmiser became part of the IMI Hydronic Engineering family.
By joining forces, we expand our range of energy-saving solutions, helping build a more sustainable and better world.

Established in 1968
Established in 1968 as G&M Kay, Heatmiser has grown from what was a local electrical contracting firm to become one of the UK’s leading heating control manufacturers.

Today, Heatmiser are leading the way in smart control and are the preferred controls solution for many underfloor heating system provider in the UK.

All of our products are uniquely Heatmiser. It’s easy to source low cost thermostats on the internet, but it’s not easy to develop a series of products that are not only easy to install and use but are safe and reliable too.

All of our products undergo extensive testing throughout the design phase and are manufactured to our strict standards in our own manufacturing facility.

We focus a great deal of our effort on our next generation of products, ensuring our new products hit the mark just right with our customers.
